August Sandberg (1993, NO) “The vulnerability of being human is something that occupies me in my works. When I paint, I often look for something imperfect, something broken. The projects often spring from a state of mind, and are therefore something deeply personal. Thoughts, memories and fragments of dreams are central to the process, and help shape the expression in the painting”.
